The new Summer Mini Catalogue has some awesome products. New punches; Butterfly and a large 1 – 3/4” circle, both with coordinating stamp sets. The large circle punches out circles the right size for the new Sweet Treat Cups, they are ideal for filling with lollies, or as a shaker card. I made up several cards using the Sweet Treat Cups and the coordinating stamp set “Something Sweet” for my open day. These cards were really fun to do!!
This weekend Paula, Renee and myself had a combined Stampin’ Up! stall at this local twice yearly market. This is the 3rd time that Paula and I have had a Stampin’ Up! stall at the Stadium, and the 1st time that Renee has joined us. A big thank you to all of you who visited us, especially with the weather not being too flash.
The CD Jewel case photo albums were particularly popular, along with the candy case mice with the children.
As it was a Christmas Craft show, I decorated up a tree with tinsel and used it to display Stampin’ Up! cards for sale.

Once a month a group of ladies meet at my house for a “Technique University Session”, from 1 – 4 pm. Everyone gets to try the techniques and gets to take home the sample they have made along with instructions, to be filed in a clear file. During this time we learn 16 new techniques, last month the techniques learned were:
The next Technique University Class will be held on Sunday 20th September from 1 – 4 pm. In this class you will learn 16 techniques that can be used for scrapbooking and card-making. Class cost is $25: – $5 for class costs and $20 credit towards purchasing items from any current Stampin’ Up! Catalogue.
